Guys, I could use some suggestions here. I had filed for my and wife's EAD on July 30th. My wife wasn't working and my EAD is valid until mid-November. However recently my wife got a job offer and will starting work next week. Her EAD actually expires 15th Oct. Reading through posts it seems that the chances of her receiving EAD approval within 75 days is highly unlikely. Can anyone give suggestions on what is the best course of action to follow to ensure she doesn't have to take a break soon after joining?

You should inform USCIS of the address change within 10 days. See AR-11 form on USCIS website for further details.

Hi guys,
I am new to WPF. Pls help me in this.
I want to dynamically load any .xaml file which had 3D object. Now I am selecting one sample .xaml file using opendialog box. I rendered the Content to the window. Now I am able to do Zoom and Pan. But I am unable to do rotation.
Pls help me in this.

My problem is
I am on valid L1 with company A and company B has applied for H1 for me. If my H1 gets approved
1. Can I continue to work on L1 with company A.
2. I want to go back to home country on vacation. If my H1 is approved can I go back to my home country and come back on L1?Do I need to get my L1 stamped again to enter back in US on L1? what will happen to my H1?
Please Advice.

No, it does not mean that it is approved.

Does anyone,please could help me with the following query?
If my I-140 is not approved yet, is Uscis touching my I-485 application....in other words is I-485 being processed (not approved, only processed)even if I-140 is not approved?( I applied concurrently in August 2007, and my priority date is current, Eb3 ROW).

Here's one question I have which I haven't see in any forums so far (perhaps its lurking somewhere .. who knows) ... let me get to the point.
When filing for AOS/485, if the I-140 that was filed prior to filing AOS was pending and gets approved AFTER 485 was filed... should we explicitly inform USCIS that that 140 was appoved ?
I guess USCIS should have that information (of course!) but I am not sure if we should be pro-active and make sure we inform the service center that the 140 was approved ?!

I live in the Bay Area, California and wanted to travel to Canada for getting my H1 stamping done. Has anybody done the stamping recently in Canada? How was the experience? Also, we were thinking of Mexico initially but changed our minds due to border issues/swine flu fears. Anyone done it through Mexico recently? Please share your experiences.
